Shipping

We currently ship to the United States.

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.

Shipping is free on all orders. No minimums, no surprises.

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

To start a return, email us at verlauv.official@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the rest.

Please note — as each piece is made to order, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn or washed.

We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different size, please return your original order and place a new one.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at verlauv.official@gmail.com with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right.
